We are seeking a talented and motivated Member of the Engineering Staff to join our growing team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying our state-of-the-art solutions. You will collaborate closely with the founders and the other members of LogicStar to drive the technical direction of our products and ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models and algorithms to validate the AI predictions using formal methods and testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define and prioritize technical requirements.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge in at least one of Static Analysis, Fuzzing, Symbolic Execution, Runtime Analysis, or Compilers.
- Proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++. JavaScript familiarity is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
